Prepared upon order i.e. taking the chicken out from the fridge, making the batter, frying the chicken and coating the sauce, it does take a while but it means you get hot and crispy chicken.
Their menu is very limited; the original fried chicken, fried chicken coated with sweet soy or sweet and spicy.
The cleanliness and the ala minute service means it costs much more than the other KFC you get from the city. A half sweet soy and half sweet and spicy chicken will set you back AUD 26.
Korean Fried Chicken and Korean Beer, one of those perfect couples made in heaven.
According to my friend, the pickled radish is to help with digestion, i say it helps cut through all the fried items.
One whole chicken is just about enough for two people. Put two big eaters together and the dilemma to order an extra half chicken will definitely become an issue. How about three pax? You order another chicken immediately.
I personally preferred the sweet and spicy version, known on the menu as "spicy marinated chicken". With a tinge of spiciness from the chili paste, the sweet soy version is not any worse which is akin to a more toned down teriyaki.
Eaten as it is or if you prefer take away and eat with some rice or chips. They don't seem to sell any rice or chips though.

Having searched for the address from Urbanspoon, i realised there's an outlet in the city too!
Address and contact details:

Pricey yes but compared to the dismal KFC; small, oily and soggy being sold here, i prefer this KFC anytime.
Verdict: 4 stars out of 5 stars, the star deducted because it is a bit too expensive for big eaters like me.
