Tau Foo Fah or Soy Beancurd is not like any normal dessert out there, it has a little story behind it (although that being said, i might have repeated this story a fair few times). This dessert is one of the Wife's favourite and i remember back in the university days, that meant walking to Chinatown after university to take away this dessert before heading back home. So it was just a matter of time before she requested she wanted some and hold and behold, my dear friend, the one all crazy about sweets, knew where to bring us.
The Tau Foo Fah wasn't fabulous, infact it had a more jelly like consistency rather than that smooth and melt in your mouth sensation that you would associate with a good tau foo fah. Nevertheless, no one could say no to a good cold dessert for the hot summer days. They also serve a huge variety of desserts that have gotten praises from my friends too.
