Delectable Su turns 1!

As much as i would like to go into my own business, provided i know what i want to do, to begin with, it is not as easy to just dump your day job, your stable monthly salary, your savings and venture into the black hole.

Typical old fashion parents will nag you and tell you of how sudden long lost relatives have lost their fortune trying to go into business. However we also hear of so many successful stories; young people out there making a big name for themselves and i am happy to know of one too!

While i still have a day job and sit infront of the computer for a good half day, this girl who is apparently not very much older or younger than me is living the dream life out there designing cakes and running her boutique baking business.

A blink of an eye, i get an invite from her to attend her 1st anniversary.

How time flies.

Not only does the cup cakes look good but tastes terrific as well. You have one that tastes like Jaffa cake, one with peanut butter and jelly and the other with macadamia nuts. Guess which is which? No prizes this time around.

She is pretty generous too, look at the buffet spread!

Once again congratulations to Su!

yeah, i'm full of respect and admiration for ppl who are courageous and passionate enough to take the risk of launching their own businesses. i'd like to leave my office job too, but i'm convinced that whatever business i start would fail! :D
