Apong Guan! 30 cents for a nice fluffy piece of flour that has a hint of coconut, corn and banana. A healthy snack that is available from the early morning and hopefully till tea time.

apom is one simple and yummy snacks! Mom used to buy them when she go marketing on Sunday morning...and the whole family ate it as a pre-bakuteh snack....
Very hard to find this in KL and I loved this. It costs 50 sen per pc here. The guy who sells it is frm Penang and now sells from a stall in the Taman Megah food court.

heee..i prefer the 1 at Love Lane. along the road at sunway hotel there. i feel there is nicer but 30cents is not enough to grab a piece.. . .
I love apong guan, he is a funny guy, and his apong is the best in Penang. And yes, that's the reason why I looooove Penang and it will always be home.
