How to be creative with wedding food.

Towards the end of the wedding dinner, my friend decided to "play" with his loh mei fan, and made his own loh mei har. Creative, isnt?

Funny observations at an outstation wedding dinner in Seremban:

1. Only 1 plate is given for use throughout the whole night, save the environment and mix the flavours thru and thru.

2. Was it me or do they only start eating at 9pm?

3. Dont be a smart alec and follow the signboard to KL. You go through the old winding roads with no lights AT ALL and then proceed to use a desserted highway with NO LIGHTS too but you save 90 cents on toll. Follow the way you came from by listening to your other half.

Had a rather intoxicating weekend. Time to rest.

I think outstation weddings tend to be more cincai. Sitawan wedding dinners also use one plate, and you get a bag of plastic bags to tapau the leftovers home! =P

bbabe: very the cincai man..haha made us laugh when the girl came n told us dont throw our plates away, if not there will be nothing to use after that!

Unka - Really! I've seen an aunty ta pau the food before anyone could reach out for seconds.

1st time i'm seeing glutinous rice with prawn. but most of the time, following the sign boards could prevent us from getting lost too.

bbabe: terror nya..
