BBQ Set, Here i come!

Yippie! I am going to *fingers crossed* buy my first BBQ set this evening, with my rather meagre budget. This is despite looking at the 4 digit exorbitant prices shown on the promotion leaflet.

Thank goodness, i was thick skinned enough to give the shop a call and ask..

Imagine the assistant picking up the call and getting a question like "Whats your cheapest charcoal BBQ set around ar?"

RM 60 was the reply, but a real miniature. Ohh, your budget is below RM200? Sure not a problem, you can definitely get something.

Now lets hope RM 150 can get me something decent, rather than RM 1599..

*Update: Got something for RM209! Looks terribly similar to the one above, WOOT!*

Err I agree with Precious Pea. Easier to clean & if dirt too stubborn, less painful (since much cheaper and smaller) to dispose of.

btw i've seen some really cool ones in the states/or Oz.. they can ship it back to you in Msia for a fee. The BBQ set comes with these little blocks called FAT CATCHERS or something.. they catch the liquid fat that drips down from the steak and sorta evaporates it back into the meat!!! Wallau.. how fantastically sinful i say... :P

I totally agree with precious pea :)However your BBQ pit looks good. We got one last summer and the thing can't cook the satay well like the small little satay burner.

"Joe" who is constantly craving said...

the cooking ninja: haha mayb i will leave satay for the satay burner..

henry: hahah i think i better workout (full stop)..
