The foreground is a nut cracker (crack nuts) and in the background are the meat pounders i.e. use to tenderize meat. The nut cracker is a commonly used to crack crabs claws. The pounder ..em .. not too sure. The pointer ends are no good for pounding on smooth slippery surface of the crabs.
