I think i need to detox..


As a frequent visitor of my blog, i know one thing is for sure, you love food, whether you like to eat or see is another separate issue. One question i like to ask is what do you do when you get sick of food? You feel bloated and its as if your breakfast, lunch and dinner has yet to leave your body and you are seating down to chew on your supper but you eat because your clock tells you its time to eat.

Do you ever have the problem? Or are you one of those rare species whereby your metabolism rate chews at anything you swallow or you have some worms inside to make you hungry every 2 hours and still leave you with a flat stomach? Well i dont, and after an indulging weekend, i must say i feel bloated and wanting to detox. So how do you guys detox? Let me know, if not i have to resort to that RM15++ bottle of detox that Teckiee ordered..So did you err detox the day after?..

u can try some special detox tea, but make sure u got a whole day to be in the bathroom :P

yea yea, i do that all the time, even though i had a big breakfast, once it reach 12, i have to go get food. and will finish them no matter how full then ended up feeling disgusted.

celine: been taking oat porridge every morning..it seems coffee works better when it comes to going to the toilet..

Good suggestion meiyen! If cannot tahan too strong, can put in warm boiled water - keep it up for a few days at least! err and spend one day only eating if you are hungry - we all eat when we are not hungry sometimes! And we don't like to waste food so we don't stop when we are full.Fennel tea is good too, I don't know the name of fennel seeds jintan putih or something - can get in the market and put hot water on it. Not only helps bloating and water retention it is supposed to regulate your appetite.Sorry about the herbology, I have study this stuff a lot! :)

I think so, but there are other better detox way, i actually have a friend who loves food and at e same time very health concious, so he does detox once a year, it takes 30 days and he only eat one meal a day and very limited things that he can eat and eats it with some other detox shake. But he just done with it last month and he was soooo cranky the past 30 days.......thats the longer process actually, i like the tea better :)

sulee: yeah i have seen alot..just dunno whether to trust them or not..i might give it a try..but 30 days, 1 meal each?? shit thats like my diet days which reminds me needs to be repeated soon before i bloat back all my weight..

I think I should be the one going on a detox!!!!! But for that price....it will "detox" (clean up) my wallet too!

Hmmm... Wonder if 100+ will help to assist in detox?

Anyway, we make our own 5-greens juice to detox... kekeke... :-)

I seem to be able to output the stuff I took the night before just by taking a lot of fluids. LOL!!!

Try taking the Organic Greenfield from Milelia. Drink once in the morning and once in the night. If want to lose weight try only to eat apple for your lunch for one week. You'll find that it'll be smoother when you go to the toilet for big business. You poo will also come out like the shape of your colon.

Detox??? I guess you need to consult FBB. Otherwise, just skip one meal and they next meal you will feel detoxed oledi.

It's interesting to see just how pervasive memory has become in our lives. It's like everywhere I turn, I see something with a card slot or USB port . I guess it makes sense though, considering how much cheaper memory has become as of late...

Gahhhhh... I shouldn't be moaning and groaning. I can't get by a day without my R4 / R4i!
