Noble House Seafood Restaurant @ Klang

Yesterday night, i headed off to my friend's place with a hidden intention, to win money.. Yes, i occassionally do abit of social gambling especially if its Texas Holdem Poker, dont get it? Maybe one day i might do an enlightening post about the in and outs.. But ever since i started playing back the last week or so when my friends came back from various parts of the world, i have been losing..not much but enough to irritate the s*it out of u..So yesterday when i failed to do a single post, i made up by winning back almost what i lose over the last week..back to square one..

So without further ado, let me introduce you this gem hidden in Klang, which was introduced to me by my girlfriend... The first time i heard of Hainanese char siu.. and my benchmark was against Meng Kee Char Siu although it was meant to be from a different planet..who cares..lets start the mouth warming up..

If you see this signboard, you know you are about to step into the correct place..

Starting off with a shiong tong yuen choy ("So called spinach with superior soup").. With lots of pei dan (its something like salted egg...any help?)

Presenting the Hainanese Char Siew that tasted like a fine tasting pork chop that was so succulent that it didnt require much chewing at all.. it was a whole new experience and for once i just gave up trying to identify what were the ingredients and just savoured the whole plate to myself.. well almost to myself..

Drool somemore!!...

Cleaning off the meal what a noodle dish that is more chewy then hor fun and its a hokkien term that i just suddenly forgot.. will confirm with my girlfriend later..its either mi hon kuih or .....
Hahaha...its chewy and it was fun polishing off the plate as there was good "wok hei" and the ingredients were plenty with small prawns and lalas..

The meal came to about RM 38 or USD 11 for those who are so keen to know.. and it scores a reputable 8 out of 10 with the char siu/siew that i have not tried before in my life..it was definitely great fun to try out new places in Klang with my girlfriend as i dont speak the local dialect haha...and of course most probably i also wouldnt get slaughtered as well..

Address and telephone number:
No. 5, Jalan Temoh, 41400 Klang, Selangor. Tel/Fax: 03-3343 0927
(Non Halal)

Looking forward to a good weekend, probably might do some blogging as well..Life has been abit busy at the moment which is all good but as human beings, we find the slightest chance just to procrastinate and stop production.. how about you? Any suggestions to stop procrastinating?

Hmmm, Hainanese char siu looks like roast duck! Interesting stuff. Is this part of the Noble House chain in KL? The one which owns Ming Room, Noble House which Jackson went for buffet.

boo: nope dont think so..its actually a totally different thing..the chef manning it here has won alot of cooking competitions and its well worth a try if u are around the area..

They call the soup superior coz they added wolfberries to it, I think? Are those wolfberries?

Hainanese pork chop (dry) and not in light tomato-sweet and sour gravy, it's my first time seeing this.

I'm curious, do you have a sponsor for all your try out in those restaurants? From the price you posted, they don't come out cheap leh.

"Joe" who is constantly craving said...

Good day, sun shines!
There have were times of hardship when I didn't know about opportunities of getting high yields on investments. I was a dump and downright pessimistic person.
I have never imagined that there weren't any need in big initial investment.
Now, I feel good, I started to get real income.
It gets down to choose a correct companion who utilizes your funds in a right way - that is incorporate it in real deals, and shares the income with me.

You can ask, if there are such firms? I'm obliged to tell the truth, YES, there are. Please be informed of one of them:
