Serving assorted fish with noodles, available in wet and dry, tomyam and curry..wet brings out the freshness of the fish..ranging from sek pan to ma yau..and also big juicy prawns..take a look..
Starting off with their appetizers, fish cakes and fish rolls..YUM YUM..served with a nice mid spicy chili sauce..
My bowl of kuey teow served with 7 star garoupa and two prawns..the clear soup also has white cabbage and seaweed to enhance the sweet flavours..probably with the help of ajinomoto..but who knows? even though its an open kitchen..
A close up..usually the prawns are probably 2 times bigger..seem to "sok sui" meaning decrease in size..
Overall their standard is pretty spot on, although this time around, their fish seemed a tad overcooked and my prawns were miserably small..noodles start from 11-18 and appetizers are around 5 a plate..ours was a duo combo..A very decent 7.5 out of 10..a different approach to seafood noodles in Segambut where every kind of seafood they can get hold of is in your bowl.. nope its not halal..they serve pork based wantons..stupid buggers..haha
